We have 7 unique property locations:
-Lincoln Hwy: 1100 W. Lincoln Hwy
-Linden Place: 314 Linden Place
-Normal Road: 511 Normal Road
-Greenbrier Road: 930-934 Greenbrier Road
-Hillcrest Drive: 904 Hillcrest Drive
-Russel Road: 836-914 Greenbrier Road, 830 Russell Road
-Ridge Drive: 808-832 Ridge Drive, 902-914 W. Ridge Drive, 835 Edgebrook Drive

How much is the rent?
Our rent varies on unit size and floorplan. To find specific rental rates, please visit our Floor Plans page, where you will find pricing for our apartment floorplans.

How much is the security deposit?
We do not take security deposits. We only charge a one-time, non-refundable move-in fee.

Do you charge move-in fees?
Yes, we charge a one-time, non-refundable move in fee starting at $300.

How soon can I move in?
We currently have availability and welcome new residents at any time. We’d love for you to call our property home. Check out our versatile floorplans to find a space that’s right for you!

What utilities are included in the rent?
At our 314 Linden Road property, tenants are responsible for all utility costs. At our 511 Normal Road property location and 930-034 Greenbrier locations, water and gas (for heat and hot water) are included in rent, and tenants are responsible for remaining utilities. At all other locations, water is included in your rent and tenants are responsible for all other utility costs. A list of our other locations are below:

When were the apartment units remodeled?
We have just completed remodeling our units in 2023. That means, each apartment showcases new and modern details.

What’s your late fee policy?
We charge a late fee of 5% of one month’s rent after being 5 days late.

Are early lease terminations allowed?
No, we do not allow early lease terminations.

Is there parking available?
Yes, there is parking available on site. For a list of other amenities, please visit our Amenities page.

Do you have a pet policy?
Pets are permitted! We love your furry friends. We do not allow aggressive dog breeds and do not allow more than 2 cats or dogs total per unit. Animals that are 25 pounds and under incur a $50 per month, per pet charge. And animals over 50 pounds incur a $100 per month, per pet charge. These charges are in addition you a tenant’s monthly rent.

Are there any income or credit requirements?
Yes, we require proof of three month’s income, as well as proof of being employed for 6 months. We also have some background requirements. For more information, please give us a call.

We offer 12-month leases.

Is there an application fee?
Yes, there is a one-time, non-refundable $50 application fee.

What appliances are included?
